seivac
For people who already know what to do

You already know what you should be doing.

You wrote the list. You know which task moves the thing forward. And then it's four in the afternoon, the tab you opened "for a second" is still open, and the one thing that mattered today is still sitting there untouched.

That isn't a planning problem, so another planner won't fix it. Nobody is waiting on you, nobody notices the day going, and the only person who could have said something is the one who drifted.

How it works

So Seivac is the one who notices.

You tell it, once, what you're working on and why it matters — in your own words. It sits beside your work, sees when you've gone somewhere else, and says that reason back to you.

  1. 01

    You sit down

A session starts. The two circles overlap: who you are, doing what you meant to do.

  2. 02

    You drift

A tab, a phone, a thought three steps away. Seivac notices, and says the reason you sat down.

  3. 03

    You come back

That is a return. Returns are what it counts — each one is practice at the only skill that matters here.

It knows why you sat down

Not a task name. The actual reason, the way you'd say it out loud to someone you trust. That's what gets repeated back, unchanged.

It waits before it says anything

Staring at a diff isn't drifting. Thinking isn't drifting. A five-minute break isn't failure. Interrupting all of those would just be one more thing to close.

It measures the thing that matters

Not hours logged — how fast you come back after you drift, and whether that gets better. Coming back sooner is the whole skill.

What you get

What you actually get

An account here, and a small app on your computer. A quiet mark sits over your work while a session runs — drag it wherever it's least in the way — and your sessions, your drift and your returns are here when you want to look.

Seivac is early, and deliberately so: we hand the app over on a call, watch you use it, and fix what we saw. Sign up and we'll be in touch to get you running.

It is an accountability tool, not treatment, and it makes no medical claims.
